Meet the Founder

Hey! I’m Ashley, the founder of studio 140 and a yoga teacher who believes in the power of yoga, movement, and community as essential pillars of well-being. studio 140 was created as a space where ancient practices meet modern living - a place to slow down, move with intention, and feel supported in both body and mind.

My teaching is rooted in over 2,000 hours of education across yoga, movement, and holistic wellness, including 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, along with continued study in Ayurveda, yin and restorative practices. I approach each class with care, weaving together mindful movement, breath, and reflection to create practices that are accessible, grounding, and sustainable for real life.

I believe yoga is more than what happens on the mat, it’s a lifestyle practice that invites awareness, resilience, and connection into our everyday rhythms. Whether we’re flowing, resting, or simply sharing space together, my intention is always to create an environment where students feel safe, seen, and empowered to listen inward.

At its heart, studio 140 is a home for yoga, movement, and community, a space that honors tradition while supporting the realities of modern life. I’m deeply grateful to hold this space and to move alongside you.
